This VIRTUALLY BRAND NEW LINAPACK Flexidoy fills and seals up to 40 pouches/minute (pouch and product dependent). This highly adaptable machine is ideal for the packer with a multitude of products.

Production:
- Modular design allows complete flexibility in type and number of products to be filled, as well as pouch size
- Suitable for short or long production runs
- Any kind of dosing system can be attached to the machine, as well as gas flushing
- Cycle timings and machine speed are controlled by PLC and set via touch screen
- Stepping conveyor is accurately indexed to provide smooth motion
- Temperature of each sealing bar is individually controlled by PID system
- Pouch inflation pressure and sealing pressure are individually adjustable
- Complete access to all machine parts for quick and easy change over of pouch size and product
3 Running Modes
1) Jog: to find the exact position for a particular setting.
2) Cycle: to run one complete step or find the home position.
3) Auto: to run production.
3 Stop Modes
1) Normal Stop: to stop the machine at the end of a cycle in order to avoid any possible jamming.
2) End of Production: to stop loading pouches and run until all ongoing pouches are completed.
3) Emergency Stop: to immediately stop the machine and cut the power to critical components as well as the air pressure to the pneumatic cylinders.
