DETAILS

This s/s automatic vertical 8 station DOY pouch machine is used to fill, seal and vacuum pack fairly large doy pack bag sizes. Filling and vacuuming sections are divided into 2 separate rotary systems to allow for easier product filling and higher vacuumizing at high speed. This machine is designed for a HOT FILL product. The machine comes with both feed pumps, control panel, outfeed conveyor. The filling section has a separate hopper and feed pump assembly, * Pouch recycle system minimises loss of pouch. * Pouch gripper width on filling section can be adjusted easily by one switch. * These models can be combined easily with a automatic weighing machine or a filling machine. * Advanced touch panel can be programmed to memorise product data. * Timing adjustment for each function can be adjusted by cam positioner. * Central lubrication system allows easy lubrication work. * Machine stops when seal ribbon is burnt out.
