This Gualapack Techpack CPH-30 was filling energy drinks and fruit juices in the CHEER PACK pouch.
The THEORETICAL SPEED is 30 packs/min. This may vary significantly, depending on the aperture of the pouch neck, hot or cold fill and texture of the product.
CHP 30 works with a rotating board on which the bags are filled and closed.
Current set up for bag 22mm long from spout to base and 90mm wide. The spout's inside diameter is 7mm.
The machine is equipped with a loader which can contain up to 150 bags. The filling machine is designed for filling bags of different capacities with liquid or creamy products (from 40 ml to 1,000 ml - not verified by PPN - please discuss with our technical staff to run your product).
The production rate can be adjusted from 25% to 100% of the maximum speed, by adjusting the working speed of the doser pump.
CHP-30 is made up by:
• 1 bag loader;
• 1 rotating board;
• 1 hopper for the caps;
• 1 doser pneumatic pump (no hopper);
• 1 filling valve;
• 1 stoppers feeder;
• 1 screw;
• 1 outlet belt.
